Menu Analytics

Understand your menu from every angle.

01

Compare change across periods

Choose 7 or 30 days and compare with the preceding period of the same length. Review how interest and orders develop after changes to your menu.

02

Find when interest peaks

Explore daily trends and menu, product and order activity across all 24 hours. Understand timing as you plan service and campaigns.

03

Discover category interest

See how product views are distributed across categories. Review interest, orders and conversion for the 20 most-viewed products to improve your menu presentation.

04

Look closer at branches and service points

Compare results by branch, table and channel. Explore interactions from menu, table, self-service and kiosk sources within the branches you are authorised to access.

From menu interest to orders.

Read the report. Choose your next step.

Data shows you where to look. You make the change and assess the results in the next period.

  1. Viewed often, ordered less

Review the product photo, description, price and menu placement. Investigate why high interest is not translating into orders at the same rate.

  2. When a category stands out

Prioritise how products in that category are presented. Use the direction of interest to inform menu layout and seasonal offers.

  3. When branches differ

Compare interest and conversion within the same period. Consider local preferences and service points to plan the right next step for each branch.

Know what you are measuring.

A view, a person and an order are different measures. Menu Analytics keeps them distinct so you can interpret results correctly.

Menu views / Product views
Menu opens and product-view events are counted. One session can generate multiple views.
Unique menu sessions
Counts distinct anonymous sessions that viewed the menu, not unique people or registered customers.
Orders / unique sessions
Non-cancelled orders from supported QR order sources divided by unique sessions that viewed the menu. It is based on order count, not the percentage of unique buyers.
Product conversion
The percentage of sessions viewing a product that later placed an order containing that same product.

Before you start

Which package includes Menu Analytics?

Menu Analytics requires access to the WifRestoran module/licence. Authorised business users see company-wide results; branch managers see only their own branches.

Can I see past menu interactions?

Measurement begins once the feature is enabled and data collection starts. Earlier menu and product interactions are not reconstructed from past orders.

Which periods and reporting options are available?

7- and 30-day periods are compared with the preceding period of equal length. Reports use Türkiye time. Custom date ranges, export and automatic real-time report updates are not available in the current version.
